Personal Chef Services 

Southern Doll Affair realizes that different clients have different needs. Our plans are based a flat service fee including the cost of groceries. Each plan includes a personal consultation, customized menu planning, grocery shopping, travel and preparation of meals in your home on your scheduled day.  Each meal will be wrapped and stored to best preserve quality and either stored in the refrigerator or freezer as necessary. Specific instructions for heating and serving will be provided. Most meals include side dishes and when they don't suggestions for serving will be provided. 
 
Portions are packaged to your specifications, from single servings to family style. All you have to do is decide if you prefer Traditional or Fresh Service . You can say good bye to take out and those nightly trips to the grocery store where you stand dazed after a long days work, just trying to figure out what to feed your family.

  This plan is perfect for clients who desire all meals to be fresh, not frozen, or for those who prefer more frequent visits. Some of our clients need us to prepare entrées for only three dinners during the week, as they prefer to dine out a few times, or have other obligations.  

We prepare three meals at a time, with appropriate side dishes, and can arrange to come once or twice weekly. All meals are stored in the refrigerator. This plan works well for those who enjoy more delicate foods, such as fish and seafood, fresh vegetables, fruits and salads. The fee  includes customized menu planning, shopping, meal preparation, food storage and cleanup. 
Please note cost of groceries are included in the Fresh Serve Plans with the exception of Organic meats, vegetables and fruits you would be responsible for your grocery fee
